1. How will we be trained on the system?

Great question! Your training will consist of phone calls, training videos and also virtual meetings with our Client Success team.

2. Will you set up the system for our specific needs?

Yes, as part of your onboarding, we will work with you to set up the system to work best for your center's operation.

3. What are your agreement terms?

We offer a very flexible, no term agreement. You will just provide us 90 days should you choose to no longer use our services.

4. I already have a credit card processor, can I still use them?

Yes, but we're confident the experience with our payment providers will exceed your expectations.

5. Do you offer customized reporting features?

Yes, our data mining report feature allows you to create fully customized reports tailored to your specific business needs.

6. Do you integrate with accounting software?

Yes, we integrate with QuickBooks. If you use a different provider, let us know and we will do our best to create an integration for you.
